Prolex Design is not an NIST certified calibration facility. Unless otherwise stated, most items offered are used - the equipment has been checked for basic operation, but calibration to original manufacturer's specifications is not guaranteed. This is to avoid the expense of calibration and offer equipment at lowest cost. Items marked "for parts" may offer that hard to find part you need for your unit - please ask if you have questions about specific functions or condition.


Any problems with equipment will be dealt with on a case by case basis with the original purchaser only. Please contact me within 48 hours of receipt if there is a problem with your item. For replacement or refund consideration, the item must first be returned in the original packaging by the same shipping method prepaid and in the same condition as received with security seals intact. After inspection, if the item is found faulty as you have described the item will be replaced, or if stock is not available, payment will be refunded.

Unless otherwise stated, items are sold as described with no suitability of use expressed or implied. Prolex Design or its representatives will not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages related to the use or misuse of these items.



To keep overhead and selling prices low, credit card payments are not accepted at present. Payment is due within 14 days of order and can be made by:

After payment is received, your item will be shipped same day if possible and by the least expensive insured method that will ensure safe arrival of your item. In most cases, this will be by postal service insured.

As some items may be too large or heavy to ship by postal service, please be sure to ask about shipping costs before placing an order, especially if other arrangements such as courier or freight are required. Some large or heavy items may be for pickup only and will not be shipped.

Please note: Off continent shipping is by air only. You are responsible for any brokerage fees or import taxes / restrictions imposed by your country.

In addition, digital meters can receive and display several inputs at the same time. They can display bar graphs, perform computations and record data with their multifunction capacity, it is no wonder they are replacing their analog counterparts, both in the market and in the industry.

Digital panel meters also have alarm options, calibration options and on/off controls that allow the user to start or stop a testing a circuit. Currently, many of these devices can now connect to a computer and to the Internet for data transfer or storage.
